Why are our prices so low?
With low overhead costs, cold storage, and only 3 employees, we have managed to keep our costs way down. We can pass on our savings to our customers by keeping our price mark-ups on new furniture low to offer our customers affordable quality furniture at up to 50% less than most big boxes stores.
Do you set up my furniture? What about removing the old set?
All of our living furniture is easy to set-up with minimal assembly. But if you do require set-up on your brand-new set, we offer set-up in your home starting at $65/hour.
We also offer furniture removal, starting at $65 per piece.
Are there warranties on the furniture? What about returns or exchanges?
All of our furniture comes with a general 1 year manufacturer's warranty that covers defects but not wear & tear. Except for warranty claims, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges on any furniture sales. See our delivery rates above for important notices on returning unopened delivered furniture that does not fit into your house.
Do you offer delivery?
We offer fast delivery, usually same day and next for our local area, on all in-stock items. Free delivery is available within the City of Lacombe and reasonable rates are available for outside the city. See above for our rates for 1-man delivery and other notices and disclaimers.
What payments do you accept?
We offer secure payment options and accept debit, credit, cash, and e-transfers. There is a 2% surcharge on all credit purchases. There are no additional fees for debit, cash, or e-transfer.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
We offer easy to pay financing to our local area. All plans are set up for 6 months of payments, with a 10% financing fee but no interest on the monthly payments. We need 30% down on the total price of the furniture, plus any delivery fees, up front. Come into the store to set up this easy in-house financing option and take home a brand-new set today. Don't forget to bring personal information with you for the financing contract.
